The hotel was lovely, but unfortunately the lift was broken throughout our stay

Unfortunately the lift was broken during our day and we would’ve had to use the stairs to carry four heavy suitcases up to the ninth floor. The receptionist was very helpful with moving us to the fifth floor, but this was a bit of inconvenience as the left had been broken for four days prior to our stay also And communication would have been nice so that we could have potentially booked an alternative hotel. I was also charged for drinks from the mini fridge that I did not consume. I queried this with reception and was told I would receive a refund to which I have not and have still been charged for the drink. I did not have

Convenient, friendly staff, comfortable bed. We were there for the hockey game. The elevator was out for a short time, however maintenance man went above and beyond to help me even though we had communication issues, he used his translation app to explain and walked me down to the lobby… kindness goes a long way.

Elevator was not working and no one told us and we were not accommodated. Parking is 4 blocks away which also was inconvenient so we had to carry our luggage from there and up 5 flights of steps to our floor on the 5th floor. Overall, I was very unhappy. They could have told us in advance so that we’d have the opportunity to find a new hotel, but instead we were told when we got there so there was no opportunity to cancel and they acted like it was something we should be fine with. Would not stay here again. It was a disappointment. Also the food was mediocre and was quite expensive. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

this hotel is in a great location! The rooms are a bit small and cold at times. Some of the staff were very friendly particularly the lady who started at the bar a few days ago and one of the ladies serving breakfast ! Unfortunately not all staff members were as great as these two… The rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were pleasant. The bar isn’t open long enough and the breakfast menu is rather expensive too. A coffee is 5 dollars for just milk and coffee in a jug? Bit crazy !!! A full mini bar wasn’t provided as it was supposed to be ! Not sure if this is worth the full price, think the you pay for the location more so than anything ! If I return to Boston I would probs look at others hotels….

Hotel is convenient to the Garden, clean, friendly. Just around the corner really. Rooms are some of the smallest I’ve ever been in but decent.I would not say here with a family or more than two people. We took the train in so could not speak to parking situation.
